Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an okay stay at the hotel - it was clean and the beds were comfortable, but there were definitely some issues that need addressing. The room felt dated and the bathroom conditions were disappointing, especially with the hot water situation. Despite these drawbacks, the public areas and the pool were nice, and the food was fantastic, although the staff morale seemed quite low, which was surprising for Thailand.
I had an okay stay at the hotel. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable, but several things needed improvement. The room felt dated, and I faced issues with the water temperature in the bathroom. I had to improvise a lot, which is not ideal. On the positive side, the food was amazing, and the pool area was lovely, although the staff seemed a bit worn out. Overall, it could have been a better experience.
I had an okay stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the beds stood out, but the overall experience could have been better. The bathroom issues and limited hot water were frustrating, and the staff seemed a bit down. On a brighter note, the food was quite good, and the public areas were satisfactory. Overall, I would say it was a pleasant stay but definitely had its drawbacks.
I had an okay stay overall, but there were definitely some issues that need to be addressed. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom situation was quite frustrating, lacking warm water and proper lighting. The staff's morale seemed low, which was unusual for Thailand, though a few, like the waitress Orapim, stood out with their friendliness. The food was amazing, which was a definite plus.
I had an okay stay at the hotel, as it was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there were several issues that definitely affected my experience, including a lack of warm water in the wash basins and dim lighting in the bathroom. While the public areas and pool were satisfactory, the overall experience left a bit to be desired, especially with some of the staff seeming low-spirited. On a positive note, the food was fantastic, and Orapim, the waitress, stood out with her bright smile and fun attitude.
